I started Marinus Properties because I kept seeing the same problem: Olympic Peninsula homeowners trying to find someone local, trustworthy, and hands on to manage their properties without relying on companies.
I grew up surfing, biking, hiking and recreating on the Peninsula. I have a deep passion for how special this place is and want to share that with others through experiences that start at your property.
My approach is simple: stay ahead of problems, communicate clearly, and treat every property like I'd want mine treated.
